January '26 Anticipated Releases

I honestly cannot believe that 2026 is literally less than 20 days away. Time is going by too fast. One of my goals for the new year is to work on my blog. I am constantly trying to figure out how I want to create content about books and the main thing I always come back to is blogging. Hopefully, I can achieve my goal and continue to blog for my enjoyment. 

I wanted to start a new "series" on my blog where I share the books that come out that I am anticipating! I know that a lot of content creators do this and it is by far from original.

One of my main complaints about trying to find books that are getting released soon is that self-published books are never on any lists because they are harder to find... so if you know of any self-published books coming out in January, please let me know!

What books are you anticipating for January?

Pretty Vicious by Lexi Davis: I am always looking for a dark romance to add to my tbr. I haven't read from this author yet but this book sounds pretty intriguing. I mean... "obey or die".... yes please.

Jealous Rage by Sav R. Miller: I have read a couple of books by this author and really enjoyed them. I really want to start this series. I am hoping I really love this one too.

The Re-Do List by Denise Williams: This author is a beloved traditionally published author and I really enjoy all of her books. This one seems really cute and I am obsessed with the cover. 

The Wolf And The Crown Of Blood by Elizabeth May: This is one that I do not know much about but it has the typical romantasy title and I automatically added it to my Goodreads tbr. 

A Vow In Vengeance by Jaclyn Rodriguez: One of the genres listed for this one is Dark Academia and I'm here for it. Sounds like it's gonna be a fun read!

Catch Her If You Can by Tessa Bailey: Ya'll can hate on Tessa all you want but I love her books. I will buy all of her new releases and no one can stop me.

We Who Have No Gods by Liza Anderson: I think this is another dark academia read... I'm kind of skeptical only because I don't really love books about witches. 

The Poet Empress by Shen Tao: Out of all the books on this list, I think this one is the most intriguing to me. This book has some high stakes and I'm definitely excited to be able to have it on my shelves. 

Graceless Heart by Isabel Ibañez: I am not 100% sure if I am going to like this one or not. I truly love this cover though so I am willing to give it a try!

Dragon Cursed by Elise Kova: I am kinda feeling "eh" on this one. It's YA and I no longer read YA books. I do like purchasing her books though because I think she is kind of a "local" author. 

Chasing The Ring by Lauren Rowe: I am obsessed with sports romances right now. I definitely need more to add to my tbr!

Dove by Paisley Hope: I am sorry, but this is a complete cover obsession. I couldn't tell you what this book is about... I just want it.

Drive Me Crazy by Lizzy Dent: Again, I need more sports romances in my life. This one looks like it would be cute!

Silver & Blood by Jessie Mihalik: This is one I've never seen before but the cover is giving so much romantasy vibes. 

The Wolf And His King by Finn Longman: I am obsessed with this cover. The artwork is so beautiful. I honestly feel like I'm going to love this one.
