Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. It provides book enthusiasts with a fresh topic each week to discuss and share on Tuesdays, bringing the book-loving community together.
Can someone please kick my ass and tell me to blog? I really want to keep up with my blog but my brain is always telling me that no one cares and no one wants to read what I have to say.
I am not going to list ten book tropes. It's kind of hard to say that I have ten favorites when I know I really don't. I truly enjoy so many tropes, but these are my ultimate favorites.
Enemies To Lovers
This is the top tier trope for me. It will always suck me in and I cannot say not to it. I truly love this trope and will always be trash for it.
Forced Proximity
This goes hand-in-hand with enemies to lovers, in my opinion. The main characters will always find themselves close to each other and that helps them become lovers.
Fake Relationship
I love when the love interests have to fake a relationship. I think it can be funny at times. It builds a lot of tension as well because when it's supposed to be fake and they both start catching feelings. It's so good.
Off-Limits
I love when there is an off-limits, secret relationship. I think this helps build tension with the side characters. When friends get mad when they find out that the main characters have secretly been together.
What are your favorite tropes?

This post contains links to Amazon where I am an affiliate. If you purchase a book using my links from this page, I would gain a small percentage of that sale.
All reviews are always my opinion. I do not get paid to review books or give good reviews. There will be times where books are provided for my honest review. I will always indicate whether a book was provided to me for review.

off limits and forced proximity are tropes I read often as well.
